These terms apply to every visit to and order placed with UnityCart. The website is operated by UNITYCART E-COMMERCE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read them before placing an order.

About these terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Wholesale only
UnityCart sells to businesses, event planners, institutions and resellers in bulk quantities only. We do not sell to individual retail customers.
By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for business use or resale, and that the details you provide, including your business name and GST number where applicable, are accurate.
Minimum and maximum order value
Each order must have a total value of at least ₹50,000 before GST and shipping.
Orders above ₹2,00,000 cannot be placed through the website. Please request a custom quote on WhatsApp for larger orders.
Minimum order quantities
Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) shown on its page and in your cart. Quantities are added in steps of the MOQ, so a product with an MOQ of 25 can be ordered in 25, 50, 75 and so on.
How an order is placed
The website builds your order and sends it to our team through WhatsApp. An order is only placed once you send that message.
Our team will reply to confirm the final products, quantities, prices, GST, shipping charges, delivery timeline and payment terms. Your order is confirmed only when our team has replied with that confirmation.
Prices, GST and shipping
Prices exclusive of GST & shipping. The price shown on each product is the wholesale rate per piece at the time you view it.
GST and shipping charges are added at confirmation. We may correct a pricing or typing error before an order is confirmed, and will tell you about any change before dispatch.
Payment
Online payment is not available on the website. Payment methods, advance payment (if any) and credit terms are agreed with you in writing on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Custom branding and printing
Products offered with custom printing or branding are made to your specification. Please check the artwork, spelling, colours and quantity carefully before approving it. Once you approve the artwork, production begins and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel or change an order by messaging us on WhatsApp before it is dispatched. Please note the rules for custom-printed items above.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price error is found, or the order cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount in full.
Product images and descriptions
Product photos are for illustration. Colours, finishes and packaging may vary slightly from the photo. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and may be updated; please confirm specifications with our team before you order large quantities.
Intellectual property
The UnityCart name, logo, website design and text are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Product images remain the property of their owners and are shown for the purpose of sales.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, strikes or natural events.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled through direct discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
