UNITYCART E-COMMERCE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED operates the UnityCart website and is the data fiduciary for the personal information described here. Our office is at Shop No. 72, B Wing, Second Floor, Ex. Zone Mall, Western Express Highway, Near Patel Vanika, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400063.
Information you give us
When you place an order, the order form asks for:
- Your full name and business or shop name
- Your mobile number and, if you have one, your GST number
- Your city, pincode and delivery address
- Any notes you add about the order
Information we receive when you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive the content of your messages, your phone number or email address, and any files or photos you send, such as artwork for custom printing.
Information stored on your device
Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage so that it is still there when you return. It stays on your device. You can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data.
How we use your information
- To prepare, confirm, invoice, dispatch and deliver your order
- To reply to your enquiries and send order updates on WhatsApp or email
- To keep records required for accounts, GST and tax compliance
- To protect the website and prevent misuse
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the business:
- WhatsApp (operated by Meta), which carries the messages when you send an order or enquiry
- Courier and delivery partners, who receive your name, address and mobile number to deliver your order
- Our accountants, auditors and legal advisers, where required for compliance
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, where the law requires it
Third-party services on this website
The Contact page shows a map from Google Maps. Loading it may send your IP address and browser details to Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep your information
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under Indian accounting and GST laws, which is generally at least six to eight years. Enquiries and WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as needed to resolve them and for our records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Security
We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to run the business, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please share only what is needed to place your order.
Your rights
